Born and raised in the Annapolis Valley I grew up and continue to live on the North Mountain between Centreville and Halls Harbour.
I come from a business family. My grandfather owned and operated Evangeline Motors for many years, and my father did the same with Best Toyota for over 20 years. I began working for my father at the age of 14 and worked my way up through nearly every department including car detailing, parts and service, accounting, and management. So much of what I know now is thanks to the examples I had set out before me.
I continued with my business education at Saint Marys University where I graduated in 2015 and earned my Bachelor of Commerce with a major in General Business Studies. This major gave me the opportunity to study nearly every aspect of business, giving me a wide array of knowledge in management, marketing, accounting, finance, economics, and human resources. My interests are not only in business however, as I also took courses in sociology, phycology, history, geography, geology, and astronomy.
In my spare time I enjoy singing/playing my guitar, relaxing, being outside, spending time with family, and everything motorsports.
I have a deep love for this area and province, and look forward to the opportunity to help Kentville thrive. I believe that the key to building a strong business and community is the people that are in it.
